As the first university TEDx held in northern Thailand, TEDxChiangMaiU declares itself as a society of sharing with a large network of people showing creativity and innovation. Besides,'Bitter, Better' is the main theme in 2021 ,aiming to recall problems regarded as bitterness, to seek for a proper way to overcome such bitterness, and to empower people to move on.
WHY is Bitter, Better?
The theme, "Bitter, Better" emerges from our intention to create inspirations, to raise hopes, and to encourage the audience to share the ideas and empower themselves to cope with any difficulties.
There are two components of this theme: Bitter and Better.
No matter how difficult your life is, this always does good to you since that hardship, or bitterness, can prepare you to cope with any problems more effectively in the future. Those who have never tasted what is bitter will never know what is better.
